Free shipping on every order

All orders ship free, with no minimum order amount.

Delivery times

Our products ship from partner warehouses in Asia. Estimated delivery times, counted from the day you place your order:

United States: 7–10 business days
Other countries: 15–20 business days

These times include 1–3 business days to process and pack your order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking may take 2–3 business days to show its first update.

Possible delays

Customs checks, weather and carrier peak seasons (for example November–December) can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the order date, contact us and we will reship it or refund you in full.

Duties and taxes (outside the US)

For orders shipped outside the United States, your country's customs may charge import duties or taxes. These are set by local authorities and are the buyer's responsibility.
