Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and to many other countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and most of Europe. If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free. There are no hidden fees—your total cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
United States: 7–12 business days from the day you order.
Other countries: 10–20 business days.
These times include 1–3 business days to process and pack your order. You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with customs, weather or carrier peak seasons.
I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue.
We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You never pay return shipping for damaged, defective or wrong items, and usually you won't need to send the item back.
What condition must items be in to be eligible for a refund?

- Undamaged
- In their original packaging with all labels/tags attached.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products: No cost to you. We cover the return shipping.
Change of mind: You will be charged the actual return shipping cost. This includes situations where the product does not fit, you ordered the wrong item, or you no longer want it.
How do I start a return?
1. Email support@homecozey.store with your order number and a short explanation of why you want to return the product.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and next steps.
What is your return policy?
